Overview

  • This kit allows for rapid, convenient, and efficient Native protein concentration following PAGE.
  • The simple bind/wash/elute process utilizes a spin column to make handling easy.
  • The kit uses beads for concentration of proteins which were electro-eluted in their Native condition.
  • The beads are strong ion exchangers, offering high binding capacity fo all pH values.
  • Minimum starting volum is 0.5uL, maximum volume is 700uL and recovery is >95%.
  • The kit is sterile and ready for use.

  • Concentration of protein eletro-eluted from native or SDS-PAGE
  • Purification of protein from gel particles or undesired salts and detergents
