ECOR1 Digest	PCR Genotyping
Agarose gel analysis of genomic DNA from 3 distinct mouse tail samples (1 millimeter section) prepared with the Spin Dr. Genomic DNA Isolation Kit. 15uL of sample was digested with 3 uL of ECO R1 and run on a 1% gel.	PCR analysis of 1 uL samples of 3 distinct mouse tails using both GAPDH and Wild Type Primers.

Summary of Procedure

1. Use the included enzyme tubes (containing Proteinase K and buffers) to quickly and completely digest samples. Samples for PCR can be digested in as little as 1-2 hours. All liquid protocol does not use columns r resins to bind DNA. This product is intended for use with rodent tails, ear punches, or cultured cells ONLY.
2. Use the Genomic Wash Buffer to clean up the DNA post digest. This slution denatures proteins and retains contaminants in the supernatant.
3. Produces great yields of very clean DNA without tedious protocols or hazardous solvents.
4. The Spin Doctor Genomic DNA Kit includes everything necessary to complete sample preparation EXCEPT isolpropanol and ethanol.
